While the details of the cast and plot haven't been fully revealed, the lead characters are supposed to return. As per a report by Pinkvilla, the film will reunite Aamir Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan, R. Madhavan and Sharman Joshi. The project will be directed by Rajkumar Hirani. Vidhu Vinod Chopra, alongside Aamir Khan and Hirani will back the project.     Fans of the first movie shall be elated to know that the report further states about the script being locked. "The script has been locked, and the team is extremely excited for it. They feel the magic of the first film has returned, and is as funny, as emotional, and as meaningful as the first part," it reads.The report adds, "The story will be a continuation, picking up nearly 15 years after the characters went their separate ways in the climax scene and reunite for a new adventure."Moreover, Rajkumar Hirani reportedly started seriously considering the sequel when his other project Dadasaheb Phalke stalled. "He dedicated time to expand the 3 Idiots sequel into a full-fledged screenplay. Hirani always had a seed of an idea for 3 Idiots 2, but he wanted it to be perfect and something that would stand up to the legacy of the original," the report states.          About 3 IdiotsInterestingly, the first movie became one of India's highest-grossing films in 2009. For those who are not aware of the first film, 3 Idiots explores the happenings in an engineering college. Farhan (R Madhavan) and Raju (Sharman Joshi) form a great bond with Rancho (Aamir Khan) due to his positive and refreshing outlook to life. However, they lose touch with him eventually. 三 | 分为甲、乙、丙三型，近期甲型流感较为常见，患者和病毒携带者是主要的传染源。该病起病急、传播快、易引起暴发性流行。每年10月至次年3月是流感高发时期。主要有畏寒高热、全身酸痛、头痛咽痛等症状。         01          主要症状          发热：体温可达39-40℃，常伴畏寒、寒战；          全身症状：头痛、肌肉和关节酸痛、极度乏力、食欲减退；          呼吸道症状：咽痛、咳嗽，可能有鼻塞、流涕、胸骨后不适；          其他症状：颜面潮红，结膜轻度充血，有些患者可能出现呕吐或腹泻等胃肠道症状。         02          传播途径          主要通过空气飞沫传播，也可经口腔、鼻腔黏膜等直接或间接接触传播。                   03          预防措施          1.接种流感疫苗是预防流感最有效的手段。         2.早晚气温较低，接送幼儿时可适当增添衣物，避免受凉。         3.勤洗手，常通风，减少聚集活动。保持健康生活习惯，规律作息，合理饮食，加强锻炼，增强体质。

四 |          4.出现流感样症状时，应居家休息，避免接触人群；与家人接触时戴口罩，减少传播风险；病情加重应及时就医，就诊时患者及陪护人员需佩戴口罩，避免交叉感染。                             支原体肺炎                    支原体肺炎是由肺炎支原体引起的急性肺部炎症，可累及支气管、细支气管、肺泡和肺间质。         01          主要症状          典型症状：疲乏、肌痛，中等度发热、持续2~3周，剧烈干咳、可有浓痰，头痛、咽痛、胸部疼痛等，通常在感染后1~3周开始出现症状并在2~4天内缓慢恶化。         伴随症状：部分患者伴有鼻咽部及耳部疼痛，气促和呼吸困难，咽部及鼓膜充血，颈部淋巴结肿大。10%~20%患者会出现斑丘疹或多形红斑。部分儿童会伴有皮疹、血管栓塞、溶血性贫血、脑膜炎、心肌炎等。         02          传播途径          主要通过呼吸道飞沫传播，其潜伏期较长，可达2-3周。                   03          预防措施          1.经常开窗通风，保持室内空气新鲜、流通。         2.勤洗手，避免与急性期患者接触。         3.多进行户外活动，呼吸新鲜空气，注意保暖避免受凉。疾病流行期间不去人员密集和环境密闭的地方。                             支气管肺炎                    支气管肺炎是累及支气管壁和肺泡的炎症，多由细菌、病毒、支原体等病原体引起。是小儿时期最常见的肺炎类型，也可见于成人。         01          主要症状          发热：体温可高可低，不规则热较为常见。         咳嗽：初期为干咳，之后有痰。         气促：呼吸频率加快，出现鼻翼扇动、三凹征等。         呼吸困难：呼吸费力、喘息。
